Leadership Development

The University’s leadership development program helps students discover their strengths, build skills, and make a difference. We provide opportunities to learn, reflect, and act through formal programs, student organizations, and experiential activities. Our goal is to prepare students to lead with integrity and to serve their communities, both on campus and beyond.
Getting Involved
The Center for Student Engagement coordinates and advises a wide range of student leadership experiences. These roles provide students with practical skills in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving while shaping the campus experience for their peers.
